Payment timing
Heads: A printed head base is mandatory and is not included in the $400 price. The materials deposit covers material costs and is due before work begins. The remaining balance and shipping are due after the head is complete and before it ships.
Tails & paws: Any upfront payment will be listed in your quote. Shipping is due after the item is complete and before it ships.
Ears: Any upfront payment will be listed in your quote. U.S. shipping is free; any applicable shipping is due after the ears are complete and before they ship.

Includes all standard features listed below. The mandatory printed head base is additional to the $400 and add-ons are priced separately. I only work with printed bases, not foam. You may purchase a printed base online and have it shipped to me, or ship me one you already have. A materials deposit is due before work begins; the remaining balance and shipping are due after completion and before shipment.

For direct orders, I primarily accept PayPal Goods & Services. Any applicable payment-processing costs are already accounted for in your final quoted price; I do not add a separate PayPal surcharge.

Are commissions open right now?

How does a quote work?
When commissions reopen, send your character reference, colours, markings, accessories, and any deadline. I’ll review the design and confirm what I can make before you commit.
What kind of head base do you use?
Head commissions require a mandatory printed head base; I do not work with foam bases. You may purchase a printed base online and have it shipped to me, or ship me a printed base you already have. The base price is separate from and added to the $400 head price.
Is shipping included?
U.S. shipping for custom ears is free. Shipping for heads, paws, and tails is not included in the listed prices. Shipping is due after the item is complete and before it ships; for ears, only applicable shipping is due.
Do you offer bundle discounts?
A bundle deal may apply when some items are purchased together. I’ll confirm any bundle pricing in your quote; it isn’t automatic.

How Commissions Will Work When They Reopen

Send me your idea
When commissions reopen, order through Etsy or message me on Discord with your reference sheet or character art, plus any colors, accessories, markings, or other details you’d like included.

I’ll give you a quote
I’ll look over your design, make sure it’s something I can make, and give you a price before you commit to anything.

Pay the materials deposit (heads)
For heads, the materials deposit covers the material costs and is due before I begin. If a different item needs any upfront payment, I’ll list it in your quote. I’ll put the exact amount and payment deadline in your invoice or written quote. I primarily accept PayPal Goods & Services for direct orders.

I’ll start making it
I’ll send you progress photos as I work. This is also the best time to let me know if you notice a small detail that needs to be adjusted.

Pay the final balance & shipping
For heads, the remaining balance and shipping are due after the head is complete and before it ships. For tails and paws, shipping is due after completion and before shipment. U.S. ear shipping is free; any applicable ear shipping is due after completion and before shipment. I’ll only ship once all required payments are paid, then I’ll send tracking.

Care Guide
A little gentle care will help your commission look its best for longer.
Brush gently
Use a clean pet slicker brush and work slowly in the direction of the fur.
Spot clean
Use a damp cloth and mild soap only where needed. Don’t soak the piece.
Air dry
Let damp areas dry completely at room temperature. Keep them away from direct heat.
Store carefully
Keep your commission in a cool, dry place where it won’t be crushed or reached by pets.
